The product's main ingredient is high-quality lecithin extracted from soybeans, providing a variety of essential nutrients in one convenient serving.
It also contains a blend of 19 grains (including brown rice, barley, oats, chickpeas, white beans, and more) and chicory dietary fiber, making it suitable as a meal replacement. The product is packaged for two months of use, with a recommended dosage of two sachets per day, mixed with water.
The association explained that lecithin is a type of phospholipid, a key component of cell membranes that plays an essential role in fat transportation and energy metabolism within the body.
